What to Expect from Health Coaching
I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialize in helping clients improve their overall well-being by addressing more than just diet. My approach is holistic and personalized, examining how various aspects of life—like nutrition, exercise, stress management, relationships, and self-care—interconnect to influence health.
Using your responses to a health inventory, we’ll collaborate during our initial consultation to create your customized 10-week plan. This plan will be bio-individual, designed to nourish both your body and mind, on and off your plate.
